Guest access When you stay at the Luxe Living apartment*, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire space, including a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the 18th floor, you’ll also have access to an impressive rooftop featuring a fire pit, pool, sun loungers, tables and chairs, and a dedicated yoga and pilates area—all with stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains. You’ll also have access (for an additional fee) to the NEWO-managed coworking space, a beautifully designed and productive environment ideal for work or meetings. Right next to it, you’ll find NEWO Café, where you can purchase delicious coffee and fresh food. Guest Policy: Visitors are welcome. For everyone’s safety, they must present a valid ID (18+) at the building entrance. You may have one guest at a time in the apartment, and you can receive as many different guests as you wish throughout your stay—one at a time. Other things to note Access to Netflix, YouTube, Disney Plus, Prime Video and more (guests must use their own accounts). The location of the loft is perfect. It’s situated in a flat area of El Poblado, in the Patio Bonito neighborhood, close to everything you need to enjoy your stay in Medellín. It’s within walking distance of Parque del Poblado and the metro, making it easy to move around the city. In the surrounding area, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, design shops, barbershops, and liquor stores. Parque del Poblado is just 4 blocks away, and Provenza (nightlife district) is only a 10–13 minute walk, as well as Parque Lleras. You can also take an Uber for less than 2–3 USD. The bedroom and living room are separated by a 2-meter-tall partial wall that does not reach the ceiling, creating a modern, open-loft design. There is no door between the two spaces. • The King-size bed is located in the bedroom area. • The living room features a Queen-size Murphy Bed (folding bed) with a full, real mattress for maximum comfort. This layout maintains the aesthetic of a contemporary loft while providing two comfortable sleeping areas for your stay. + You and your companions must register with a passport or national ID to comply with local regulations.
