Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, providing a spacious and private retreat. Please note that there is a designated small room reserved for amenities and restock items, including cleaning products and a linen closet. These closets are securely locked for inventory management and maintenance purposes, but do not worry you will have plenty of space for your things in the house. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the high standards of your stay.
Other details to note
Luxe Living* House is a countryside house near the city. It's common to encounter bugs and ants in the surroundings, we use pesticides regularly to minimize their presence inside the house. Additionally, you may also come across birds, squirrels and other animals on the lot. Please do not feed animals. The climate in Envigado is a little bit colder than the climate at Medellín so air-conditioned is not necessary, but we still have a portable fan at the main room in case you need it.

Registration & Guests
1. Register trough the link provided before arrival, providing a photo ID (preferably your passport). You and your guests must register through the link that is provided after booking with information required by the Government.
2. No extra visitors, whether staying overnight or not.
3. All guests must be 18 or older or be accompanied by their parents and must register previously before check-in.
4. Only 8 persons in total including you can be at the property and stay overnight at the House.
Parties & Noise
4. No parties allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
5. Keep the sound at a reasonable volume to respect neighbors. It is a calm and tranquile area.
Smoking
6. Smoking is prohibited inside the House, but allowed on the balcony and lot closing balcony’s door. Violations will incur a $100 fine.

7. We provide initial supplies; please replenish anything you run out of during your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
8. Check-in: 4pm, Check-out: 11 am. For bag storage or flexibility in timing, contact us (subject to availability).
Photography and Filming for Commercials
10. It is allowed but must be communicated to the host prior to booking and includes the same guest registration requirement through the provided link. It has an extra cost that has to be arranged acording to the type of filming or photography before booking.
Drugs and arms
11. Drug use and entrance are prohibid.
